1. No Refunds, No Exchanges

   - All payments made for classes, workshops, and events are non-refundable, non-exchangeable. Please ensure that you are fully committed before making any purchases.

2. Schedule Subject to Change

   - The dance company reserves the right to modify the class schedule, instructors, and content without prior notice. We will make every effort to communicate changes in advance, but the schedule may be subject to last-minute adjustments.

3. Recording and Photography Consent

   - By enrolling in and attending our classes, all students acknowledge and agree that the sessions may be recorded, and photographs may be taken by security cameras or staff ONLY. These recordings and images may be used by the dance company for promotional, marketing, and educational purposes, as well as for security. Parental consent will be taken before this will apply to underage students.
